  1. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
    Delivery time:
    Most orders will be dispatched within 1-2 workdays after you have placed it. You will then receive a shipping confirmation by email once your order has been dispatched. 

    How to follow your order:
    A shipping confirmation email with tracking number will be sent to you as soon as we dispatch your order. Use this link to follow your order.

    Delivery status:
    Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends and public holidays. If a delivery suffers a delay or an item happens to be out of stock, you will be informed by email as quick as possible. Some delays may occur during sales, very busy periods and public holidays. 

    Disclaimer:  In the event that an item is unavailable for whatever reason, on/off will contact you by email. Although we do our best to display correct images, correct colors, info, and prices, errors may occur.
  2. RETURNS & REFUNDS
    Every sale is final.

    Refunds are only issued in the form of on/off store credit, though we also accept exchange requests in special cases. The customer will be responsible for the shipping fees if only one item from an order with multiple items is returned. We process the refund for store credit after we have received the item(s). Exchanges will be prepared and shipped after we have received the associated item(s) and fees via PayPal (contact us at s@onoffglobal.com for more details or advice).

    Criteria to keep in mind when requesting a refund:
    • You must return the item(s) within 14 days after delivery.
    • Returned item(s) must be in perfect condition: no defects, stains, unwashed and unworn.
    • Item(s) must be packed in a waterproof bag or box.
    • Hats or caps must be in a box, so they don’t get squashed.
    • Please keep a proof of dispatch, in case the package gets lost while shipping.

    Items returned in non-sellable condition will not be refunded and may be sent back to you.

    We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not match the return policy. The return and financial responsibility are yours until it reaches us and is confirmed by a delivery confirmation. If you want to send us a return, please contact us here or send us an e-mail.

  3. ORDERS & PAYMENTS
    Payments are possible trough PayPal, Bancontanct, Visa, Mastercard and iDeal.

    Prices are shown in € (EURO). Prices do not include service, payment and delivery charges. Orders may be subjected to local taxes and/or import duties at your own expense.
